T, a switchboard operator with a local large medical facility, received a call from someone in need of information about gasket bypass surgery....perhaps Autozone could better serve your needs...maybe Pep Boys?

Yes, I agree, the foots and thangs is a winner along with calling to get the results of your autopsy. I can't imagine what could topple those two from their throwns.
